London-Soirée Black Star Promotion
Des photos de la soirée à Londres pour Black Stars sont enfin disponibles!
Trois fans allemandes ont eut la chance d' être présentes à de cet évenement. Elles ont rencontré Avril, mais ont également reçu des tonnes de cadeaux tels que des autographes, le parfum, des vêtements Abbey Dawn, des bijoux.... Le magazine Hitkrant a consacré un article à cette soirée qui a du être fantastique. Dans cet article on apprend que le parfum sortirait le premier juillet aux Pays-Bas, et donc peut être en France....

Dream trip: to Avril in London!
Imagine, you're about sixteen, stil at school, and suddenly you're allowed to come along on a chique pressconference to London for your idol Avril Lavigne. A dream? Not for Danielle, Marjolein and Irene!
Tuesday, 17th of March, pretty early in the morning. Three nervous girls meet in the Departures at Schiphol. Irene (16), Marjolein (16), and Danielle (15) have been invited to come along to the press conference in London as the official administrators of the dutch Avril Lavigne fan hyve. There Avril will launch her new (first!) fragrance Black Star, and show off her clothing line Abbey Dawn. Along with two ladies from the dutch promotion office and journalists from Hitkrant and CosmoGirl, the girls are allowed to go as real VIPS to the official party. How it was and what they all did in London? Come look!
1. The girls (left to right) Marjolein, Danielle and Irene, came to Schiphol fully loaded. "See, we don't know what we're going to wear tonight to the party, so brought alot of clothes!" they giggled nervously. It's funny: this is the first time the girls have met. Because even though they're constantly active on the Hyve, they had never really met eachother!
2. This is in London, where they seemed to be staying in a luxurious hotel: The Sanderson, one and all design. Here the girls are sitting on a couch shaped like two red lips.
3. In PUNK, a club in the hip district of Soho, was Avril's party. The girls were the only fans allowed inside, the rest of the crowd was made out of journalists. On top of all that, the best seats were reserved for them, and Avril had requested an extra long meet and greet!
4. The Meet & Greet was a huge success. "Amazing!" the girls said afterwards. "Avril came across very fun. She was happy and laughed her typical laugh the whole time. She smelled nice and was even very funny! We're still shaking..... " Avril took the time to talk to her dutch fans and all three of them didn't get one, but two huge hugs.
5. Whole plates of luxurious food came by, but the girls couldn't eat a bite because they were so nervous! And there was Avril! Hopping along she leapt onto the podium to tell us all about Black Star, her first own fragrance. Danielle: "I can't believe she was right in front of us!"
6. Avril was superrelaxt, and we from the Hitkrant had never seen her so happy. After each meet and greet she gave out goodiebags with a bottle of Black Star and a cool wristaband. After the presentation she walked around the room, along with one of her personal assitants, one of which you can see here.
7. There was also a corner filled with a soort of museam with all sorts of clothes from Avrils own line Abbey Dawn. And the coolest part: the girls got a well filled goodiebag from both Black Star and Abbey Dawn, with a hoodie, a necklace, signed foto's, loads of cool wristbands and more!
8. After the presentation the party continued in a trendy London restaurant. The girls and the journalists were extremely spoiled. Even the appetizers were worth a foto!
9. You'll probably understand that Irene, Danielle and Marjolein took every chance they got and let the singer sign almost everything. Here's a picture of Marjolein's proud collection of signed and given Avril-gifts, which she is rightly proud of.
10. Back at Schiphol it's obvious to see that the girls are going home with not only with a lot of awesome memories from their dream trip: all three are posing here with their Abbey Dawn hoodies and and with their Avril-bag, and the goodies they bought in London, and the Avril wristbands they got. They probably made their friends jealous the next day
Gotten excited about Avrils first perfume? Then you'll have to be paitient. Black Star will be released in Holland on the first of July, and we had to promise we wouldn't even show the bottle till then. But keep a close eye on that date, because when that time comes you'll read Avril's own story here exclusively, and get to know Black Star better. Take it from us: it's worth waiting for!
